     COMPAC’s role in our community is to facilitate a smooth transition into the first year of your training and to encourage peer mentorship throughout your time here at USF Health. As part of your fluent transition into our USF Health family, COMPAC matches you with a like-minded second-year student, or Big, as we call them. We facilitate these relationships because we’ve found it an effective way to quickly communicate the culture of our community to an entire class and to answer every question you may have about this new place in a timely and informal manner.

     

     To increase the likelihood of quality matches between Bigs (second-year students) and Littles (first-year students), we ask that you complete the survey linked to this post at your earliest convenience. Please submit your survey by noon next Monday (7/20). The link will be inactivated shortly after that deadline.
